So, now you can say; I got this scar while I was sent to fight The Japanese imperial Army on iwo Jima man. Just wear some good sunglasses while driving so as to avoid crashing next time.

I feel for you, it is not easy letting go of the only person you have ever loved. And you both has being married for a long time, you forgave her the first time, and she did it again, i think if i were you i will talk about this over with her, find out if she wants out, for what you are saying you still love your wife and it is a good thing that you are willing to let go, what if you forgave her once more and she does it again,,, i think is up to you,,, pray and ask the Lord to guide you and give you strenght since we do not operated on our own-strenght, if that does not work, seek some profesional help and maybe things will worrk out, if she is still hanging around, that means that she stills care and can be a little confused , some times when some women think there are missing some things they go looking for it else-where, so what ever made her do this, twice only God's knows, just do what ever your head tells you to do, nothing -bad, nor harmful just to solve your problem,I think what counts the most in relationship is how conscious we are about our choices towards one another, some people takes for granted what they have, love, compassion trust, family, friends and doing the right, thing. I pray the Lord, give you peace, mercy, grace, guidance, wisdom, And salvation-through Christ on behalf of you and your wife..... Have a good day in the lord...

There's a very good product called
m'Lis TISSUE REPAIR CREAM. It's about $28 USD for an ounce. This will last you a year. The sooner you start using this or some other product the better (reduced scarring) and quicker your healing will be. Good luck!

A dermatologist could probably help you. It may not even be related. Probably isn't, but a pro could advise you on what to do.
