when i call him his phone is always busy. could there be something wrong with his phone. because he tells me to call him but his phone is working and i dont knwo where he lives. he lives like 3 blocks from me but i dont know what house. and he has told me he likes me. what should i do?

I would base this on the time I was calling and whether or not by any chance that his internet uses his telephone line causing you to get a busy signal. Also he could have other siblings that use the phone like forever all the time. If the problem is still not resolved after a while then have him call you at a specific time. If he is the one that does not call then you have reason to believe he is not interested. Men like things in black in white, and th enore the ball is in their court and they follow through then the more you know their true feelings toward you because they are making the moves. Don't overly control or dominate the moves in the relationship because you will only continue to wonder whether or not he truly is all for you or whether or not you are manipluating the relationship and making more then it really is. One more thing, the more you pester the more motherly you come across and desperate, and this scares men. Good luck! I know its hard to take the back seat but in the long run it worth it when the men takes more responsibility!

Brush up on your James Bond stuff. Get in the car, cruise up and down the block all night long till you see this guy. Be the stalker, be the stalker, be the freakin stalker. When you find out where he lives, go up there and knock on his door. See who answers. If it's a chick, kick her butt! If it's a guy, he's a mud shark! If his mom comes to the door, he's a loser cuz he can't afford to pay the rent. If it's him, leave him anyways, cuz the jerk didn't tell you where he lived at in the beginning when the fart lived a few houses down and put you through all of this crap! Hey, good luck to ya!
