I did, 1977, in high school, from an atheist family who always made fun of God, I had one south baptist friend who made friends with me, finally shared the gospel with me and I accepted it a week later, in regards to my high school friend, she was a true servant and I always felt like she really loved me for who i was and wasn't at all trying to convert me. Later she told me she had several baptist churches praying for me. I needed it, i was a real atheist.

I was saved as a child of 10 (1971). Don't remember a "Jesus Movement", but during the mid-70's, I remember the "I Found It" campaign, where people had bumper stickers on their vehicles that said things like "I Found It" and "Honk if you Found It". It would cause people to ask what the stickers meant, and open the door to being told that the person with the sticker found salvation through Jesus Christ. I remember hearing that a lot of people became Christians as a result of this. Interesting question. I'm curious why it was asked. Just curious.

Yes, 1971 in Santa Fe, NM. No churches - no meetings - just a sovereign move of God. Left the drugs, witchcraft, rebellion, sexual sin, etc behind. Moved to Tulsa, OK 73, got filled with the Holy Spirit 12/31/73 in a Spirit Filled Presbyterian church in Skiatook, OK. Been with Jesus & ministry in Music ever since! God is good!

My Church (first link) is a branch off from the Jon Courson (second link) Church in So Oregon, which is branch from the Chuck Smith (third link) Church who was involved in the Jesus Movement.

Whew, quite a genealogy there! :) So the answer to your question is, no I was too young to get saved during the Jesus Movement, but my church is the product of the people who did. Check them out, I think you'll like them.
