Oh what stress we put ourselves through when we think that we can earn our way into Heaven by making sure we dot all our "i's" and cross all our "t's". It's not as hard as that to get into Heaven. Jesus already paid the price for our sin. Read John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life". All you need to do is to believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and ask him to forgive you of your sins. His death on the cross already paid for your sins. It's impossible to seek forgiveness for each sin individually because we might forget one and not ask forgiveness for it. If we had to ask for each one individually, then Christ's death was in vain, because He died to forgive us IN ADVANCE for our sins. All we have to do is to accept His gift, ask him to forgive us (once), and ask Him to come into our hearts. When He comes into our hearts, we are not perfect. Far from it. We will mess up and continue to sin. The difference is, we will have the Holy Spirit to guide us and prompt our heart to do what is right, if we are sincere about wanting Him to. We will still be tempted to sin, but we have already been forgiven for our sins before we do them. That doesn't mean we can go around and party hearty with no regard for the fact that we are sinning deliberately. We need to sincerely try to live a right life. If we mess up, we mess up. Tell God you are sorry and ask Him to forgive you. He already has before you asked, because you invited Jesus into your heart. Still, He likes to know our hearts are sincere when we say we are followers of Christ and we want to live a life pleasing to God.

U ask forgiveness the number of times u sin, immediately u have sinned. If u do something unknowingly, u need not ask for forgiveness. If u are run over by a car, the driver of the car will ask for forgiveness.

The answer is to admit your sins as you discover them, and keep an eye out for new sins. You cannot really sin without knowing it. If you keep your heart free from sin, you really have no need to worry. Only you know the answer to your last question, it is your heart. You cannot save sins up, you must ask forgiveness as you find that you have sinned. Otherwise, you risk being unrepentant.

You need to repent of your sin, then ask for forgiveness, then stop sinning. Then you will live in a state of forgiveness and not have to ask all the time.

As I understand it, that would depend on your faith. My wife is a Baptist, and they believe the "once saved always saved" creed. Once you're saved you don't have to ask for forgiveness again. You got it. Other religions are a little more strict, making you ask for forgiveness for every individual sin. Guess it's all in what YOU believe. Ask your pastor/priest/rabbi.

Heaven is attained by people who die in the grace and friendship of God. not all sins are so dire as to quantity to a private statement of separation from God. in the past the Refomation, Christians observed as those sins venial sins. The deadly ones are observed as mortal sins. those differences are nonetheless maintained by Catholics, yet many Christians make no such differences and my comments are self sustaining of their concept on the placement. Venial sin remains sin and could be prevented and forgiveness could be asked of God. could you die with venial sins you are able to not enter heaven authentic away through fact perfection is had to circulate into heaven. you at the instant are not condemned to hell through fact a rejection of God by you and enmity between you and God are required for that. there's a state of training from heaven the place your sinfullness is purged from you. Catholics call this state of being Purgatory.

I believe that if God is omnipotent and omnipresent as many Christians believe, that your attitude on the subject would be known whether you asked for forgiveness last on that day or six weeks ago.

God knows what is in your heart..... and if you are sincere in asking for forgiveness. And you will know; if you have done something that you shouldn't have. It sounds like you are being to critical of yourself. God understands what we are thinking and He knows us and loves us!

If repentence is in your heart then you don't have to verbally ask for it. God knows what's truly in your heart and if you were to suddenly die without verbally asking for forgiveness as long as you excepted him in your life he WILL except you in death.

my dear friend listen to me i appreciate your thinking but u r not looking the words of Jesus christ had spoken to his disaples what he said in the book of Matthew,Mark, luke and john "he said be prayerful befor u go in to temptation". You know one thing most of the believers always keeps on praying inside their heart even though they ar talking or doing any work.So my suggestion u to that be prayerful and always and do not think that what will happened to me,keep trust in God he will lift u up and always dream that u will be in his kingdom not ratger than all stupid things
