Yes and no.
Yes - You can use photo editors like Photoshop to draw or superimpose explicit imagery onto an existing photo.
No - You can't remove the clothing from a picture because the image is two dimensional and therefore doesn't have anything under what you see.
However, there are cameras that can take pictures that reveal what's under clothing all the way to the nude body. And the TSA is using the technology in airports.

Unless you have two images of yourself one fully clothed and one naked, you can not make a photo naked.
The software you can use can be Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop or any other graphical photo editor.
You need a source and destination photo and u can copy ure face onto the destination photo.
