I use an IUD called Mirena. It stays in 5 years and works for 5 years with no hassel and no remembering pills. If you want to have kids, she can just go to the doctor and have it taken out and you are baby ready.

Pulling out still allows precum to be in her vagina. (how unsexy, right?) She could still get pregnant that way.

The pill never made me gain weight, but I always forgot to take it. Everyone is different though.
The one I liked the most was the shot because I only had to do it once every three months. However, I was incredibly moody and gained a horrible amount of weight from always being hungry on it. I should have had better self control.
The patch is working good for me now. I don't have mood swings or weight gain and I still remember to change it.

At least use a spermicide, vaginal ring, or diaphragm before you ever resort to pulling out.

A spiral can be removed once you decide you want to have a baby. There is also a condom for females, or sperm-killing paste. If you combine those it will probably be a good way of birthcontrol.

"Pulling it out" is not effective. Use condoms and the pill.....would you rather have no pleasure and a fat partner or a screaming baby with a loaded diaper. I'd rather have the baby, but it doesn't sound like that's what you're aiming for....

I have a gorgeous little girl to prove pulling out does not work. Talk to a doctor about Natural Family Planning or just google it. Just make sure you know what you are doing before you start.

pulling out isnt safe, pills are the best thing, fat isnt going to kill you. the coil is removable, it wont stop pregnancy forever, and you should wear a condom anyway,
