my left over food is easily gets spoil... i put it in the freezer and then when i re-heat it. its really?

There is nothing wrong with freezing leftovers. There are two possible reasons you are having problems: 1) You wait too long before freezing it, so it has probably gone bad before you freeze it, or 2) your freezer is not cold enough. Get a freezer thermometer and make sure your freezer is 0ºF (-24ºC).

There should be a knob in the back of the fridge that lets you regulate the temperature of the fridge.. Try turning that the a more colder setting. I was having the same problem as you, but since I did that, my food stays fresher, longer.

To avoid having leftovers, have something at each meal in case you run out of the main course... so that if you or your family are still hungry they can eat that.

For me I cook conservatively, and I know that if I do not get enough to eat I will just have a bowl of cereal.
