Give him the remote control - and refrain from nattering when he's watching something.
This is every man's ideal!

A good conversation and make him tell what's bothering him. Today's relationships are facing the problem that the persons involved in the relationships are being stressed because of today's busy days. We're getting overstressed and the cause of it is the hurried way of life we're living it. A relationship that there's no talking between the partners, is a weak one and can transform into a breaking one too.
So talk to him and if you feel that you should give him a massage, go ahead. It will make him feel much much more better and that's for sure. I'm saying this cause when I'm feeling the way your b/f is, a talk and a good massage from my g/f I will find the best cure.
Hope this helps girl and Good Luck

Give him a foot massage, a bubble bath or pack him a picnic and walk off into the sunset together. Write him a letter telling him all the qualities you admire in him. Don't keep asking him to talk to you, just be there for him...he will when he's ready. Don't ever judge him or compare him.

I would cook him his favourite meal or even get his favourite takeaway along with a couple of films - one he loves and a new one perhaps.
Oh yeah a few cans of beer (nicely chilled) should finish it off well
Good luck, hope it works
