All I know is that if you drink lots of water and carry a water bottle around with you, you'll lose weight faster because I've read that water makes you fuller, moves nutrients through your body and cleans you kidneys and liver.

First, don't concentrate too heavily on the scale. You need to find some other goal to guage your progress. Why? If you lose too much, too soon, you will lose a lot of muscle. You might reach your target, but end up with a lot of droopy skin. What you want to do is concentrate on loss of inches - and even better, a loss of body fat (measured with a caliper).

You can lose about 1-2 pounds a week without sacrificing your muscle tissue. Use a combination of strength training, high intensity interval cardio, and a clean diet.

The easiest diet plan is none at all. Just permanently cut out certain foods from your lifestyle. It is hard at first but after a while you won't miss the food and actually wonder how you ever ate it. No processed carbs such as white rice or white bread. Lots of fish and chicken. Lots of green leafy veggies. Cut out the sugar ... completely. Use splenda if you have to. Lots of complex carbs in the morning and afternoon such as oatmeal and sweet potatoes. Substitute water for fruit juice, soda, or even milk.

Also increase the frequency of meals. 6 small meals is much better than 3 big ones.

Good luck.

eat whatever you want to when you want to! You might gain some in the beginning, but always remember that if you dont satisfy your body's craving it will continue. I promise your body needs whatever it is (most of the time) for a reason......then its happy and requires less and less of that particualr item. I do not mean to sound like a dietician, I did what my grandmother said why she never craved any food for more than a day. The heaviest she ever got was 115.

Keep away from carbohydrates and sugars (fruits, soda's, gay *** coffee drinks). Always eat a big breakfast, don't skip lunch, and eat dinner at least five hours before bed. And absolutely NO alcohol. That will do nothing but make you fat.
