my weight is less than as per normal height weight chart

go to Gnc and get some of the weight gainer shakes....take them as directed also make sure everything you eat is high in protein like stake, peanut butter est...also go to the gym muscles weighs more than fat and just lift no cardio

eat balanced meals (proteins/carbs/veggies/fruit) just more of it. also, cut back on exercise a bit. and add protein powder to everything - it will help add extra calories. slim fast is also a good thing between meals.

Forget the chart! Everyone is different. Only you can decide when you look right! My buddy used this system, and he looks great!

you cant do much in a month it takes a long time to change weight and improve your physical being.
