yes, she can. the soul is eternal. just because she is not in physcial body and you cannot see her, does not mean she cannot hear or see you. but it is somewhat different, she senses you. wherever she is, that world has more possibilities and there are no obstacles of physical body and mind. you may be able to communicate with her when you are not in awake state, ie your subconscious mind is at work while your consciousness is plugged off and not in a way. i would not recommend getting carried away with trying to establish contact with her too much. wherever she is, she has an importatnt job to do; so you can't disturb her too much. but if she wants to send you a message, she'll figure out the way. so keep your mind open. if you want to help her from here, just keep her in your prayers and send her light; also, try not making mistakes that she did. i am not disrespecting your mom, but no one is perfect, and souls after leaving the body see all the things they did wrong. the soul outside of the body realizes things that it could not see while in the body. it wants to correct those mistakes to be able to move to a better place. it will make her job and existence out there easier if she sees you not making her mistakes.

I believe our loved ones are always with us even when they are in heaven. I think she can see and hear you when you want her to. The most important place for her is in your heart!

I definitely know that our spirits continue to live after we die, so if your mother has passed on, she still exists. As for whether she can see or hear you, I'm not sure, but I like to think so. God is certainly aware of her, so you could pray and ask Him to let her know how you feel.

Some souls/spirits that cross over still identify heavily with what they left behind on the physical plane. I believe that there are those that continue to "watch over" their loved ones that they left behind. It is highly likely that your Mother feels your need for her and therefore still sees and hears you.

My mother just turned ninety five and she can't even recognize me now I hardly think death will improve anything.

My mom says that her mom (my grandmother) gives her signs all the time that help her throughout the day... and I don't doubt her
