You mean when she leaves work and glances back at you to see if you're watching her leave, then smiles and waves....
or, she mimics your actions...tapping your fingers, etc.
If that's what you mean she's "into you"...then yes.
I've suprised her with candles at Christmas, gift certificates at Starbucks...little things that she's hinted she likes.

Yeah. I've been smitten with her since the first day I started there. She's been like my angel since day one. She always looks out for me, even when we're not working together. I've had a few crushes in my life but I've never felt like this around a girl before. She's smart and beautiful and has the biggest heart. Everything she does is irresistible to me. So cute sometimes I can't function in the same room with her. I can feel my face burning that's how red it gets when I know she's in the room with me. She fills my heart with so much joy, and I can't stop smiling when I know I'm going to get to do a task for her. I remembered her on both Christmas and her birthday. She has hugged me, and it felt like electricity running through my body. She even grabs my arm sometimes when we pass each other in the hallway. Going to work is so much fun, only cause I know I will see her. Her smile makes my day(oh that smile) but alas we will never be together as more than friends. She is spoken for.

Yeah. I've had a lot of crushes at work. This is because of the business I'm in. I work with a lot of beautiful young women.
Here are the signs (from light to heavy flirting):
-They start dressing really flirty
-They get touchy feely...
-Bring you back lunch or leave treats at your desk
-Start asking you to see if you've missed them...
-They'll give neck massages
-Kiss you on the cheek
-Steel a hug when you least expect it
-Describe sexual scenarious with both of you in it...
Ah the occupational hazards of working in a company filled with beautiful women.
It's very dangerous for me. I have a long-term girlfriend and many of them have met her. If I have a crush, I always tell my girlfriend and leave it at that. I never pursue it. She understands that I'm not dead. I realize that it's just fantasy and not reality. I know they're doing it because they know I can't have them. It's cruel...

I'd say it was a mutual attraction. I hate having crushes. It sucks because I freeze up, I can't breathe. When I am around my crush, I am not as smooth as usual. I am tense that way. It is much better to date a girl who has a crush on you, and you may like her, but at the same time, you can function.
I am generally opposed to dating co-workers.
