Yes. In general, an average person can metabolize one drink per hour.
HOWEVER!!! drinking 12 beers in one night is dangerous--for some people (depending on tolerance, weight, etc.), this could lead to fatal alcohol poisioning (i.e., hospitalization and death). Binge drinking kills brain cells, damages the liver, etc. So please don't think I'm advising the drinking of 12 beers in one night,.

Yeah yeah you'll be fine!! This is coming from a 15 year old btw and some of my friends have over 12 beers a night and they're fine next day! I personally couldn't handle that much and wouldn't recommend it as I have known some of my friends to get paraletic and hospitalized, it's not nice seeing people in that state and it's not responsible or mature to do so ... but.... it's fun right? Or so I tell myself but I think that's just an excuse? Anyway I wouldn't drink 12 I'd just drink as many as it takes you to get drunk. Being overly drunk will ruin everyone's night!

Yes, it will.
But if you consume 12 beers, it is very possible that you could die of alcohol poisoning. I lost a very dear friend in 2004. He was a heavy drinker, and over did it. Be very careful. If you drink that much, might I suggest you call your local AA chapter in your area. I did, and my life is so much better. Good luck to you

It'll be long gone, it leaves your system fast because it is attracted to the water in you! it will be long gone by monday, it leaves as fast as you piss! Gets out as fast as cocaine does, and dont listen to that stuff about 12 beer giving you poisioning, unless you are 12 years old, havent eaten in 3 weeks, in 99% of cases, you will throw up b4 any poisioning happens, so drink up and enjoy!!!!
