MY 3 SONS ALSO LIFT WEIGHTS AND I THINK THAT IF YOU WANT TO STOP THE GROWTH OF YOUR CHEST, YOU NEED TO STOP WORKING ON THAT AREA SO MUCH, WHAT EVER YOU DID TO GET IT BIG IN THE FIRST PLACE, BUT REMEMBER, IF YOU STOP OR SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LIFTING, YOU WILL PROBABLY LOSE THE LOOK OF BIGNESS ALL OVER YOUR BODY, GOOD LUCK

There is a reason why it is called body sculpting. If you wish an area to have less bulk work it less. More bulk work it harder.

lighten up on the chest weights and if you dont do weights on any other parts of your body than bulk them up to match your chest.

Fewer reps with more weight builds bulk,
more reps with lighter weight builds tone.




dont focus all on upper body, work your leggs just as much, trust me. youll thank me if you do.
