which god are you talking about?
the very first gods we know about were the pagan gods, the Sun, moon, rocks, trees and such.

It probably started of 50,000 years ago in some sort of simple form. Simply refering to everything around them as being inteligently designed. The rain god,sky god,sun god,night god, moon god, ground god, fire god etc The egyptians have an episode in their history where one Pharoah tried to have only 1 god, I think this was around 5000 years ago. it didnt last long. Kind of like the christians. They tried the whole one God only thing, and that proved not to work either

when a cave man wanted to become the head of the tribe he made up a god then he said thay must follow thats gods orders but it was him telling them what to do the same as the churches now the pope is the tribe leader
