I like black hair with brown skin. You could make it extra cool by putting a color gloss over it after you dye it black. So it will be black but in the sun it will shine blue, purple, or whatever color you put. Use manic panic, fudge or something like that.
Also if you are young you don't have to worry about matching your hair to your skin tone. Just color your hair any color that you like and have fun!

With brown skin? I definately like Reds and Black. A nice shinny black always makes the hair look great. As for reds they look fantastic if chosen properly. I definaletly like burgandy reds and deep reds. Nothing light or intense will look great on dark skin.

i'll say extremely dark brown. like wat cameron diaz has at the moment. almost black, with sleek shiny chocolate hints to it. it'll look fantastic. plus its the latest trend.
