My sister had the same problem. She had her ears pinned back about 10 years ago. They do it from behind so there are no noticeable scars. She also got her hair layered and cut to shoulder length which gave it more volume and makes it look thicker.

I think the surgery is called having your ears pinned - but I've seen people with their ears sticking out of their hair and I thought it was cute.

If you can go to a hair salon you can get treatments that coat your hair and make it thicker. If you want to do it yourself just go to a beauty supply store and ask. Good luck!

a million verify your hair is carefully dry. If mandatory, use a blow dryer. regardless of the indisputable fact that, that is better to curve hair an afternoon once you washed it because the organic oils on your scalp ought to help carry the curl. 2 Spray a superb mist of hair spray onto the total head of hair and ensure that you do get the roots. decide on a hair spray it really is versatile to create a better organic-searching head of curls. 3 area your hair into diverse aspects. reckoning on the form you opt on, create better or fewer sections. the less sections you've, the better wavy and finished bodied your curls will look. The better sections you create, the curlier your hair will seem. you may area off with hair clips. 4 Curl each and each area in my opinion. to finish that, position your curling iron on the proper of the realm and clamp down. Then, twist the curling iron up till all of your hair is wrapped around the barrel. be careful now to not burn your scalp. 5 carry the curling iron which includes your hair for approximately 15 seconds and then launch. do not run your palms by skill of the curl or comb it. 6 Twist the curled piece of hair and carry it till the nice and cozy temperature dissipates. Your hair in hardship-free words keeps a curl as quickly because it has cooled off and the ringlet continues to be intact. finally, spray it which includes your hair spray once again. 7 proceed curling something else of your hair. once you're complete, you should use a comb, huge-toothed brush or your palms to cut up the curls and create your required look. or purely use a waver/krimper :)

There is cosmetic surgery that can be performed. But it's expensive and not usually covered by health insurance.
Have you tried hair extensions? They can thicken or make your hair fuller. Certain salons do extensions. Also, wigs can work too.

1) buy a wig

2) with money you save from not splashing out on ''hair thickeners, etc,'' and a bit of belt tightening and overtime, you can get them pinned back, failing that, stick em back with strong tape.. not worth getting in a FLAP about is there !!!!!
