i was looking at a ticket my friend got and he requested discovery on the officers radar logs and notes etc etc but there is one problem the officer wrote in the date as june 24 2006 which is a saturday but circled day of the week as friday. so friday is june 23 2006 the officer has logs for june 24 but no logs for june 23 and my friend doesnt remember the day of the week he got pulled over so what happens here. also the calibration of the radar by an idependent lab was in 2001 and the last calibraion was in december 2006 6 months after my freind was stopped isnt that fishy? also the calibration of the speedometer was done every 3 months in 2005 and then only done once in 2006 isnt that fishy? also in the discovery he asked for all of the maintance and calibration for the radar unit and they only provided the one for december 2006 so no other calibrations or test had been done in 02-05 by a lab isnt this fishy??? thanks for any help,

Radars have a shifting and table certain mode. If the officer forgot to change it from table guaranteed to shifting mode then it would want to demonstrate a velocity that equalled your velocity extra consisting of his velocity. If the speed he's claiming change into round two times your easily velocity it really is very virtually genuinely what surpassed off. clarify this to the choose. you're not to any extent further required to practice your innocence, the officer might want to practice your guilt, yet in case you are able to introduce adequate doubt into the case that offsets a preponderance of info presented by potential of the state then legally the choose can not convict you. i'm no longer declaring the choose will obey the regulation i'm basically telling you what her legal responsibility is.

Just pay the ticket. All the silly games of challenging the radar DON'T work. But if (your friend?) wants to make a fool of himself go to court, waste a lot of time and money, and be found GUILTY any way, be my guest.
