the answer should have something to do with its structure and charge, e.t.c. it doesnt matter what the drug is its a general question. say the drug is a benzene ring with side groups and is charged. can u provide with me a website where i can get this sort of information from coz i cant find any. thanks

Depends on the drug and why its half-life is long. You can dialyze some away in emergency situations, but not many. Others can be antagonized by other agents.
