I don't recall seeing an expiration date on gum and I can only assume it's the one with the most artificial ingredients.

I use Eclipse. It tastes great and it's sugar free so it doesn't hurt my teeth. It keeps it's flavour for hours!
So, I say ECLIPSE! :-)
