What is the antidepressant?

The answer is generally yes. The sleeping aid in NyQuil is diphenhydramine -- better known as Benadryl. Since I don't know what you are taking as an antidepressant, I'll answer, "probably OK".

The alcohol dose in NyQuil is negligible.

No. Nyquil has alcohol in it. Don't mix alcohol and anti depressants. If you need cold medicine, take something w/ no alcohol. Better yet, skip the medicine and have some hot chicken noodle soup, cocoa, hot herbal tea, and get lots and lots of rest. The medicine won't make much difference.

Well i take paxil and whatever i want with it even alcohol.(usually moderately) not good or helpful but not harmful. it depends on the anti-depressant. id say the worse to happen would be drowsiness-intensified- but dont take my word for it im no doctor.

NO! This could cause very adverse affects. You should read labels on medications before taking them. Always consult with your physician and/or pharmacist before mixing medications.
