i tried doing it this morning but i was literally unable to do even 1 pushup :( i was unable to put my weight on my hands.....i m 50 kg only can any one please tell me the easy method of doing it and howmany should i do in starting???

Try putting your hands farther apart. That will involve more shoulder muscle and less chest. The closer they are the harder they are. As for how many, I'd say as many as you can. After a while you'll see that number increase. Helps to keep track and see your progress.

If you were unable to do push-ups, you need to use some weights to build some strength in your arms and shoulders before you are able to do push-ups.

Pushups are hard, especially for women.

Keep at it, you need to build up the strength to do them. Don't take any short cuts.

or just try yoga
