Are you especially stressed or depressed? That was one of my 1st symptoms of Panic/Anxiety/depression disorder which can get very serious but of course youd be fine with treatment. Are you having other symptoms? If so ,this may be your diagnosis.I think it is also a symptom of some sort of upper digestive tract problem, not sure, but in any case you need to see a doctor ASAP. Make an appointment.

swollen tonsils possibly.. you would be able to feel them through your neck and see them with a flashlight. They don't always have pain
In allergic reactions, your throat can swell up to the point where it is impossible to breathe. They can start slow and build up... watch out!
I would go to the doctors ASAP. Eat a benadryl before bed time just in case (they will help you sleep good too), and if you have trouble breathing.. call 911!!

I don't know why, but some people's throats constrict. You'll have to be extra careful when you eat. You don't want to choke. I would have it checked by a doctor. He/She may recommend the procedure in which the throat is stretched. It sounds nasty, but I know of someone who had the procedure, and she is so thankful for it. She was frequently taken to the hospital for choking before the procedure & hasn't had a problem since.

Maybe a tumor? It could be an allergic reaction, don't rule that out. Best thing would be to see a doctor.

go to the doctor. what it is depends on many things, your age, past allergic reactions/allergies, health risk factors. it's important to get it checked out soon, especially if you can't figure out any cause. [as a side note, if you start to have an allergic reaction i do not recommend that you wait to see if you die in order to figure out what it is]

Dude don't ask here, go to the clinic and ask there. Your problem could be life threatening if your throat closes up.
