no the reason why i used listerine is because theyre were sore. Listerine doesnt burn my mouth...

Im just wondering what they are and what causes them???. Because ive never had this happen to me before. there's like 3 white sores. on my front gums. all together in like a triangle hahaha well they are around the same area.

It sounds as if you may have aphthous ulcers (canker sores).
They can be caused from irritation from a nightguard or retainer, cheek biting, trauma from your toothbrush or some other source, stress or eating too much acid such as orange juice or strawberries. Go to the drugstore and buy a product called Orabase. It coats the sores and promotes healing. They normally go away in a week to 10 days.
