I am looking for a veil and I have been told that if you have rhinestones on it, they show up as little black dots in the pictures.
Is this true?

I read that too, but when my own pictures came back, NONE of the hundreds taken by professional or friends had "little black dots". (the pictures were outside and inside) My veil was off white with rhinestones.

I'm sorry, I do not have experience with this, but what if you tried swvarovski crystals? They may be a little pricey, but I bet you could find some on ebay or perhaps some austrailian crystals - those are very light reflective and are beautiful and not super expensive. That sounds like a beautiful idea to add rhinestones - good luck to you! I'm sure you will be a beautiful bride.

My SIL had them all down the back of her veil and they didn't show up as black dots. Also, you have to think...how many pictures are you going to have of the back of you?

My veil was like that and they either didn't show up at all or if the light caught them they were a sparkle.

Usually, if they show up at all, they look like white or silver dots.
