As there is no way we can know what our actions will produce in a ripple, whether we do anything or not, I don't think it's something we have to consider. The general idea is if you have good intent that's all you can do. You know if what you're doing is going to harm someone up to a point. For that you should be held responsible, but beyond that is beyond us.
