My friend stated that he was attracted to me and likes to cuddle with me but that was only stated once. We have know each other for a year and i think that i may have feeling toward him also. However, we talk more often on the phone now and nothing more has been said about his feelings for me. I would like to work towards something more. I find it wierd that he hasen't said anything about it then again we were drinking that night but how should i go about asking him what the deal ? He is a quiet type of guy kinda

tell him to come over to you're place coz you miss him dearly...
Do it in a romantic way of talking that would really get him going if he still likes you that is.... Oh and tell him you have something to talk about that's really important....
Oh yeah he didn't get to you after cuddle coz he thought that you might not be interested with what he did or he might have thought that he offended you and back away coz he likes you! ^_^
Tell him how you feel when he comes over to you're place and that would be the beggining of something nice! ^_^
