I want to lift my 97 Ford Explorer for under ($300) is that possible? If so where?

Using Wood or improvised Steel blocks...it is possible. you didn't say how high. A six inch lift would require additional length brake shoes and different shocks. 2 inches at that price I will say is possible.

you can get a three inch body lift just about anywhere for around 100 dollars

use 2 bricks for the rear to lift it a few inches

it is impossible shocks are thirty eight dollars stantard figure four shocks one stabilizer at eighty dollars,lift blocks for rear new u bolts new springs for front ,alignment these are only a few items
