I am a 6'2 170 lb guy with long limbs and a light frame. I would really like to pack on some solid muscle mass before the summer. But I have no idea what kind of routine I need, what sort of diet, or any idea as to how to get started. Every year, I get really frustrated because ever since high school, I've been the tall skinny guy who stays at home on weekends. Unfortunately since then, not much has changed. Somebody please help.

EAT EAT EAT. YOU NEED TO START WITH A PROGRAM THAT WILL GET YOUR MUSCLES WORKING ALMOST TO FATIGUE. YOU NEED A LOT OF EXTRA FOOD HIGH IN PROTEIN TO REBUILD WHAT YOU DID IN THE GYM. TALK TO A BUILDER BUILDER OR IF THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE GO ONLINE TO muscleandfitness.com AND ASK YOU QUESTION.

PEACE

There are many exercise machines that will help you to acheive what you are looking for. Just look up Exercise Machines in the search engines and you will find some that target muscles. As for your diet you can check out the sites below.

eat.
do free weight exercises. dumbells, curlbars, benchpresses to get bigger. if your looking for the best exercises to get big, google it up and you should find some good results.
since your new to weight lifting ( i assume )... make sure you are sore the next day after weight lifting. this means you are getting stronger. and the day you are sore is obviously your rest day.

yea later on you start getting used to the exercises that you dont even get sore anymore. to me muscle mass is very easy to gain.
