It is not safe to do that you need to eat 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is okay to drink protein supplements but you can eat less every meal because if you do not eat it is harmful to your body's immune system and you can get sick easily

Eating one meal per day is very unhealthy and really a very ineffective way to lose weight. Why? Because when you cut back on your calories so drastically, the body becomes more energy efficient. It becomes harder for the body to lose body fat/weight.

Effective long-term weight loss can be achieved by changing your attitude towards what you eat and making an effort to become fit.

There is no dietary supplement or a special food that will enhance a good diet or a back-up for unhealthy eating habits. The best way to lose weight is a diet of complex carbohydrates (eg yam, potato, brown rice), lean cuts of protein (eg chicken breast, steamed fish), low in fat, especially saturated fat, alongside moderate aerobic exercises of 20 minutes or more at least three times per week.

6 meals a day in small proportions are ideal as it keeps the metabolic rate going.evenings onwards one must lconsume low carb meals. This with effective excercise will help loose fat percentage in the body.

Well I had surgery and I eat when I want to-it also has to do with income. I wanted to go to the store today but I was too lazy and I have to make sure I have enough, for example. You can still survive, but I would eat breakfast and lunch as well as dinner if you can, just try to make more healthier or spending choices. I like being skinnier rather than being overweight but you don't want to be down to 76 and you don't want to be 500 pounds either. Maybe if you eat less junk food, and more healthier foods. I got a blender that could work. Eggs aren't that bad, they're better scrambled. I don't like eating that much, but I eat when I feel like eating.

Honestly, I am the worst when it comes to being a 3x meal girl...

I also suppolement my diet with a nutrirous meal in the morning.. lack of wanting to have that take out breakfast craving... I drink water in between... come lunch I have a banana or avocado pear ((half) no salt or pepper, just plain... water in between, and come supper, I make either a salad or rice with ground beef ... if I have a chocolate craving, I normally opt with a glass of warm milk with honey..

I have lost 15 lbs in the past 2 weeks, but there again.. I work out daily... I am not a gym freak - just a home mum that watches her diet or intake of carbs...

I do however when my body cries for something I listen... this suits me.. as I listen... only you know what best suits your needs be it in want of food or otherwise, of course with caution... take care.. Peace

As long as the protein shake has some carbs to it as well, since you aren't eating a whole lot. I would throw in at least another shake though, just to be safe. My mother had gastric bi pass done, and most of her meals are protein shakes. So it is safe for you.
Don't under eat though, if you do your body will go into "famin mode" and you will gain weight when you change your eating habits again.

nope your body will go into starvation mode and strain the resources it has resulting in fatigue, irritablility, poor body performance including the possibility of gaining weight by trying to store all its intake.

supplements do not take the place of food. there are just some things you cannot get without eating the real food itsself.

Don't know about calories. Eat balanced diet daily.
Main meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Snack meals: between main meals (light meals)

You probably should have done some research BEFORE changing your diet. Now you ask a forum where 95% of the people can't formulate a complete sentence? I lump you with them. Next.
