no they blame the church because they feel so guilty for betraying his wife and his friend..and He hates the church also because he probably thought like most people ..why didn't God stop me ...it's not God place to stop you from sinning..you are a adult and making adult decisions knowing the consequence of your actions...you have free will you do what you want, you make up your mind ,no one does it for you.....so that's why he hates the church, its a reminder of his weakness of control over his self, of his sin, and he has to blame someone for his mistakes why not blame it on God...

Why do paedophile priests and their bishops hate the church? They obviously didn't join because they were religious. They are sanctimoneous scum like most fundamentalist Christians. And what is the mayor of SFO. If it's something to do with San Francisco then save your questions for Fox News. They know everything. They are the new Pope, simply infallible.

1. They know that when the clergyman or woman preaches on adultery that it hits home.

2. It's not something they are proud of so feel ill at ease around church or church people.

But then again, lots of guys who have extramarital affairs, either with other women or other men, are regular churchgoers. The chuch is a good place for them to hide.

Could be because being a holy place makes thier skin sizzle. Plus, there's the whole potiential that the wife & friend might talk and they might figure it out. Cheaters gotta keep on keepin' on and get away from any idea that adultery is wrong. That would really go against their whole code of ethics. They're all about the ethics.

The Christian Church teaches against such things. This sort of action would fall under the category of adultery. Not committing adultery is a commandment and is not profitable for the family etc..

Keep away from the evil woman, from the flattering tongue of a seductress. Do not lust after her beauty in your heart nor let her allure you with her eyelids. For by means of a harlot a man is reduced to a crust of bread; and an adulteress will prey upon his precious life.
Can a man take fire to his bosom and his clothes not be burned? Can one walk on hot coals and his feet not be seared? So is he who goes in to his neighbour's wife; whoever touches her shall not be innocent.
Whoever commits adultery with a woman lacks understanding. He who does so destroys his own soul!

Who's to say they do? That's an odd question.

It's like saying Why do women who don't like potlucks also hate the church. One does not equal the other.

The Church is easy to hate. You don't need to have an affair with anybody to hate it.
