neosporin is a topical antibiotic, all it does is kill gram + and gram - bacterial, it does not contain anything that absorbs moisture from your skin.

People have frequently become sensitive to Neosporin. But on the other hand many people use Neosporin to so moisturize cracked elbows and heels.Hmmm...it depends if ur sensitive to it or not.Discontinue the use,you dont need it anyway.
,if youre using this to heal wounds,all you really need is some hydrogen peroxide and cotton balls.Make sure you clean the cut a bit with soap and water first.And dont put a band aid after treating it cuz band aids just prevent you cut from scabbing.
