I can't ingore him completely cause we will be going to court for child support. He is haressing me contiueously at work with rude comments

Record him and turn it over to law Enforcement, file on him for harassment. Get proof first. You can also have a boss are other co worker to listen in, document date and time and have them do a affidavit and be prepared to testify in court. He can also be put under a restraining order to leave you alone, not call your job, house or come within a certain distance from you. If he violates the order he can be fined or put in jail. It looks like he is not going to stop, so show him that you mean business.

well, some guys havent reached puberty mentally, so they still think like 3 year olds. basically, certain people only care for themselves. and if something in their life doesnt go as planned, they start kicking, screaming, and crying about it, only in a different way. just think back to kindergarden, how you guys treated each other back then when you hated each other, by shouting insults and harrassing one another. well, your situation aint much different from that.
