The low battery logo is still flashing. Used the recommended AA alkaline batteries, manual does not have this option for troubleshooting, tech support is not open until 9:00 eastern time...it's 1:00 am and getting colder.. any help

Acording to the manual the low battery will trigger if the batteries are weak...

So..I think you got stuck with a out of date or failed set of AA batteries.... I suggest you visit a 24hr drugstore/wawa/7-11/sunoco/etc. and get another set...... go duracell or energizer...

You need POWER!

look for a reset button ,and replace the batteries again they might be bad
