Me and this guy have gone out 3 times on what i call dates. First one he cooked for me at this apartment, 2nd one we had dinner and a movie, and 3rd we rented a movie and watched it at his place. I like him but hoping he likes me back. To me these are dates but idk because he hasn't even hugged me when i left. We talk alot when we are with each other, but i called him today and he didn't answer but idk if he was busy or what. I don't want to ask him to his face if we are dating or what because i dont want him to think im stupid, or get freaked out that i thought that so we won't hang out anymore. So what do you think are we in like the "talking phase" of our relationship are we are we dating with not being steady or our we just hanging out and having fun?

hey look just give the man some time he will come around take it from me im a guy he will anounce it when hes ready but u can always take chances cause alot of guys like for the female openor just ask him just say what are we and trust me he wont think ur stupid

this guy is obviously keeping it as a casual friendnship level. Trust me when a guy wants to proceed forward nothing will stop him.
I would say wait ..see his next step..but do NOT be the one innitiating any moves forward or you will always be the one giving in this relationship.
My bet is that he wants to just be friends.
