You don't need to analyze the language. You only need to analyze the person attempting to learn it. I speak Spanish and allot of people will ask stupid questions like how to say bad things in Spanish. That's How I can tell it's for negative purposes. I never tell people those kind of things.

Language is neutral, but it is cultural. Language reflects the culture that uses it. However, the language itself is never positive or negative, but the speaker may use language for positive or negative purposes.
