I'm not a guy so I don't have cool pick-up lines. But I am a girl so I know what girls probably want. Just be yourself. Don't try to be cheesy. Hate that. LOL. But really, it does depend on the girl. But what does work is just to be like, "Hi, my name is _______" and start off from there.

Just walk up to her, look her in the eye and introduce yourself, shake her hand, then ask would she like to go out sometime.
Keep it simple, women appreciate that, believe me, this always works for me.
