Those sound like classic symptoms of depression and, yes, anti-depressants can help with that but you will also need someone to diagnose your depression, prescribe the medication and, most of all, talk to you and listen to you. Find a good therapist.

Hello, I can relate I didn't want to diagnoses myself with depression either, but I started to stay in bed all the time and felt frequently down. So I went to my Dr. and they asked me some questions and this was all I needed. They diagnonsed me with depression but everyone is different and sometimes there are other reasons for these feeling. Sometimes a blood test will be able to give the Dr. some different answers. Good luck

Yes see a DR, its important to not over diagnose the problem, we all have time in our lives when we feel like we are depressed and nothings going right but it usually goes away...This is completely normal. If after a few mnths it doesnt however... see your GP. Make sure he is your trusted GP, some doctors prescribe anti-depressants for no reason causing people more problems thatn they had to begin with, make sure he knows everything, when you feel happy, when you feel sad, when you cry, tell him everything. most people only see the doctor when they feel really really bad, but in order to make a correct diagnosis he must know about all of your moods.
Good luck

Depression can make you feel very down you may want to sleep alot cry alot ask yourself if there is things in your life that are making you unhappy . if so get rid of them . There are so many different types of depression my best advice would be to see your family doctor asap.............. Then go from there. Your doctor can find out how bad the depression is and put you on fast road to recovery. Best wishes and my prayers are with you

it fairly is merely my opinion. I stay in the U. S., and with the aid of this usa, antidepressants are to not be prescribed to everybody below the age of 18 through fact it could reason suicidal ideation. Now, pristiq is between the greater moderen ones, in the "SNRI" classification. this suggests that it incredibly works to advance 2 strategies chemical substances, that are believed to be lacking. they are able to take 4-8 weeks to attain healing point--and a few do have ingredient outcomes. Nausea is trouble-free and is going away in some days or greater. I even have prevalent many people who've been on antidepressants for 10-20 years and have never suggested feeling 'numb'. it incredibly is that your physique is getting used to it?? possibly a decrease dose? Google it and examine up on it and ask the psychiatrist. ultimate desires.

U GOT YOUR SELF INTO THIS A LITTLE AT A TIME~ SO ME PATIENT AND SLOWLY WORK YOUR WAY OUT OF IT, IT TAKES DOING SOMETHING 21 TIMES TO FORM A HABIT, THIS CAN BE A LIMITING AFFAIR WITH POSITIVE THINGS THAT HAVE WITH DRAWN AND LEAVE U WITH NO RESCUER TO FORE SEE ITS HAPPENING AND YOU CAN DEAL WITH IT IF YOU STOP PUSHING THE WRONG BUTTONS IN YOUR MIND, BE GENTLE WITH WHAT YOU HAVE LEFT, WE ALL HAVE ONLY ONE LIFE TO GIVE AND THAT IS NOT THE ONE YOU SACRIFICE, WHEN THIS OCCURS IT IS NORMAL TO GO DEEP AND LOOK FOR RESPONSIBILITIES THAT DON'T EXIST, WE WANT TO BLAME OURSELVES WHEN WE SHOULD BE STUDYING HOW TO REWARD OUR SELVES, SLOWLY LET THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR FEELING AND GET A PERSPECTIVE THAT IS NON PAINFUL TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR SURVIVAL, ANTI~DEPRESSANT ARE SEXUALLY DYSFUNCTIONAL AND HAVE PERMINATE EFFECT ON SEX LIFE SO BE VERY CAREFUL TO AVOID GETTING INTO THIS WITHOUT KNOWING HOW MUCH DAMAGE IT CAN BRING TO YOU IF YOU ARE IN A RELATIONSHIP IT WILL GO REALLY BAD ON THE FUNCTION OF SEX DRIVE IF YOU GO ON ANTI~DEPRESSANT~THIS IS NOT A RANT TO CONTROL U~BUT IT IS THE TRUTH U NEED TO UNDERSTAND BEFORE U RUN OR AND DESTROY YOUR SELF AS A WAY TO CHANGE THINGS BE FIRM IN YOUR COMMITMENT TO BE NICE TO YOUR SELF IT HAS RESILIENCE THAT WILL REWARD YOU FOR TRYING

Lying in bed, you could say this: " I don't feel like getting up, ...my brains all fogged up... blah, blah, blah, (by this time perhaps minutes have passed), I feel like ... wah!! (more minutes pass), BUT, if i wake up, .... oh, this is difficult, I .... blah blah some more (more min.), ... hmmm....
If you get up, you've gotton past this 'obstacle'. Thing is, it may happen again the next day.
Im only trying to help you get past 1 day using an explicit method you can try. You are supposed to fill in the dots ...
even when good cheer doesn't work, cheer down!
