I use "Garnier Fructis: Strength & Length shampoo". I find Garnier very rewarding & it makes my hair soft.
I got a perm for my hair & I had a professional do it. But my sister dyed her hair & she also has a professional do it because it's easier.

I don't blow-dry my hair everyday because I do not wash it everyday & it also depends on what I'm doing with my hair.

I hope this helped in whatever you are hoping to do with your hair!

Well i use a shampoo & conditioner called "real blonde" its suppose to highlight your blonde and also tone the barriness down. I wash, blowdry and straighten my hair every day with a straighter called "cortec" its around $200.00 in stores. I dye my hair every 3-4 months or whever i get sick of a colour, normally its either packed dye that you buy from a supermarket or I spend $150.00 to get a different base colour and two diff highlight colours they normally are blondes/caramels/burgendys etc and my base colour a dark to light brown depending. I dont usually give my hair treatments as my hairdresser gives me a treatment every time i colour my hair so that seems to do the job nicely.

I use Mane 'N Tail Shampoo and Conditioner
I also use Creme of Nature Shampoo and Conditioner.

I do not use any heated hair appliances to my hair. I stop adding color to my hair, I use to use Clairol Texture & Tones haircolor for African American women the color is called Cherrywood. My hair has a relaxer on it. I use Revlon Realistic Relaxer or Dr. Miracles Relaxer. I roll up my hair every night with rollers. I spray my hair daily with an oil sheen called Isoplus. I also use Doo Gro Anti Thinning Lotion to keep my hair healthily and adds moisture and shine. I use Lotta Body Setting Lotion when I wet set my hair.

I use Redken's "Color Extend" shampoo and conditioner. I love it!

As for what I do on a daily basis...I wash my hair at night which is when I put product in (Redken's "Pump Treat"), then I blow dry. I've found that this works much better for me because the next day my hair has much more texture than right after I wash and dry it.

I use Sunsilk Moisturizing Shampoo sometimes, and Herbal Essences: Body Envy sometimes, too. I don't dye it or blowdry it, I just wash and wear. Sometimes when it's flat I'll put in Sunsilk Volumizing stuff, but that's it
