Sikhism which, by the way, is an off branch of Islam.
Orthodox Jews, but it has been modified.
Rastafarianism.
Some sects of Islam.
Black Isrealites, a fundamentalist black-only religion.
Sampson, but not Delilah.
Native American religions.
Confucism, but I'm not sure you can count that or Daoism as a religion.

in Sikhism : they cant cut there hair.
They have to 5 basic things: starting with the words 'K; (in hindi)
1. Kada (metal bangle)
2. Kangha (comb)
3. Kripan (Knife)
4. Kesh (Hair)
5. Kachcha (Underwear)

They're called Sikhs, reason (apparently) because they "accept the hair as a beautiful part of the body) you might also hear romours in India about how Sikhs vowed never to cut their hair until they avenged the assasination of one of their gurus...its just a rumour tho

I would venture that there is more than one. Native American men do not cut their hair...except when in mourning. Hair is a representation and source of medicine (power).
