And no I have'nt been smoking anything I just heard on the news about a guy who won 18 million dollars playing the penny megabucks slots in Nevada. Why him, strictly dumb luck or was it his destiny catching up with him. With the right attitude can your luck improve? Or is it just being in the right place at the right time?

He was in the right place at the right time and got lucky. You cannot create that kind of luck. Sometimes it just happens.

Right place at the right time works if you are going to play slots and trust to dumb luck.

Any game that requires knowledge and skill is a bit of a different story.Even tho in any gambling situation you can't increase OR decrease your luck by knowledge and skill you can improve your chances.Chance and luck are two different things.

I don't believe in luck anymore. I found that prayer to Jesus our Christ is the only way to influence the events in your life, either to the positive or negative, or just straight boring. Luck is just a joke, a bad and stupid one at that. And my parents were gamblers at the Casinos and race tracks. Won some. Lost some. And they came out even in the end. So, the guy who won in Nevada? It's influences way beyond his control, or even his knowledge. And we call it luck because we're too afraid to call it what it is. Jesus our Christ, either causing, or allowing things to happen. Why? Because that's His prerogative. God Bless you.

If you don't participate then you will have Zero Luck - so you must do something that will 'create' luck. You can't win the lottery if you don't buy a ticket
