If in a situation like this - you should talk to your parents and doctors, not ask questions here.
RUSH TO THE VET. They will tell you what the problem is.
And even if someone had the same problem with their dog- this is not an indication you have the same situation.

oh no! go to the vet! She may have something wrong internally. She won't scream unless she is in pain or having a seizure- either way- get her to the vet.
this is not normal
( I assume you say "Randomly" you mean if you approach her or not)
If this is only when you approch her, then I will say mental.

Where ever you barely touched her must be an internal problem. Remember the spot you touched to tell the vet tommorrow. Tonight make a comfortable place for her with food and water and leave her alone.

It sounds as if she is afraid. Has she been abused by someone?
The reason I say this, is because my mom bought a dog from a breeder, and every time she would try to pet it, it would scream, jjust like you are describing. My mom found out later that the dog was abused by the previous owners.

Don`t rely on answers here, take ur dog to a vet ASAP. Whether she is in pain or traumatized, u need to get her some professional help and not try to second guess what could be ailing her.

I believe that Ur dog don't like stranger and that is why she screams. Some dog like friendly people and it is normal. Maybe u should take Ur dog to the doctor and the doctor will tell u what is wrong with her. There is no pain in her.

your best bet is to take her to a vet as soon as you can to make sure she is not in serious pain, I read on a website that the screaming could be Lyme Disease. I will paste you the link below,so get her checked out asap!

Take her to the vet...my fear is that she has a disc problem. I had a mini poodle who did that from an old injury. He may give you a sedative to keep her quiet, sleep and rested for a while. If that doesn't work then an operation is required.

Take her to the vet...she could be in pain or perhaps someone abused her when she got out of your sight. I adopted a dog that was abused and she acted similar.
