Other than that duck eggs are probably more extreme versions of free range chicken eggs... don't really know.
I've had quail egg (raw) and its incredibly rich - I'd expect duck eggs to be similar. Stronger tasting, and probably more nutritious than standard over the counter farm raised eggs.
And the obvious - one contains a duck, the other a chicken...
Did some research, and this is more complex than I'd expected...
Big difference just between free range chicken and enclosed breeders...

Chicken eggs are what you are probably used to eating, they can range in color from white to beige, blue, green, brown and some are even speckled. Most eggs you get from the store are chicken eggs. Sizes also range from small bantam eggs to the very large double yolked chicken eggs. Duck eggs come from ducks and can be white, beige, black or blue/green in color. The size also ranges from small call duck eggs to the larger duck eggs which are usually bigger than most chicken eggs. As for taste, duck eggs are much stronger than chicken eggs and many people do not like the strong taste. Duck eggs are much better for baked good than chicken eggs, but they are also usually more expensive to buy. If you are looking to hatch eggs, most chicken eggs take 21 days to hatch and ducks take 28 days, except for the muscovies, which take 35 days.

One has a duck one has a chicken. And you can eat duck eggs(I don't think you can eat chicken eggs). I mean when it has a baby animal in it.

One has a baby chicken inside and the other has a baby duck inside :).
But really I think duck ones are a little bigger - and i am pretty sure ducks only lay eggs when they are fertile and chickens will lay eggs everyday, even if they aren't fertile.
i'm pretty sure that's right....
