How come guys can be all gung ho about a relationship at the beginning even before I am sure that I want it, yet then pull away when I begin to fall for them? This seems to be a common pattern for a lot of men/women.

your cannot win here: you do not sleep with a man, he will leave you; you sleep with a man, he will leave you. I say.... sleep with a man and leave him. Leave him laying there in a bed, alone. Leave him without saying good bye, leave him used and unwanted. This will make you feel better

Hi,
To put this bluntly, most GUYS because are not mature enough yet, feel, why buy the cow when you can get the milk free.
On the other hand, Guys and Girls Men and women, feel like they loose there individuality when they move to the next step. That is why, Communication is so very important in any relationship.
People should talk about their feelings to each other, then if something comes up, or things are moving to fast, then they need to balance each other out.
If a person loves someone, they will work it out, but if someone is to pushy, that is a turn off, in new relationships. 1 year or less.
People just don't talk anymore, they assume to much, and before you know it, things are way out of hand. Then you have a break up.
Communication,,,, First and fore most important key in any relationship....

Inability to trust feelings because they have been wrong in the past
Serious relationships are...well, too serious. And, they complicate a guys life.
I'd say that you should starting dating men instead of guys. There IS a difference.

Itis different if you just want to have fun, but it is noy good idea to have sex with a guy that you want seriusly.
Dont be silly this time. make that harder for them to get you. Make them suffer. That alwyes work :)
