Philosophers and theologians have argued for centuries on the meaning of life and what it means for a person to truly "be". I personally believe that an individual's purpose in life is to earn his or her place in eternity by actively attempting to make this world a better place. i agree somewhat.
i think that to "be" is to do whatever makes one happy. because when one just "is" then they aren't consciously living to make the world better, they are just living.
but also, i think that while we are on this earth there is no way we will find the true reason humanity is here, through science or religion, so why not make life a little more bearable while we are here? (in other words, i think it's a great idea for humans to try and make this world a better place.)
i think that we should stop struggling to find out why we exist and just enjoy being inhabited in our physical, human form. you know, enjoy it while we have the opportunity to make ourselves happy...because you never know what happens in death.

The world is perfect the way God created it. It is man with his free will that is imperfect. Our purpose is to be. With the love of God in your heart you can change your world by changing your outlook of it. There by changing the world of those around you with your presence.
