If you sumbit a FAFSA application online but have to mail in the signatures, would that still count as being within the deadline for a school or would that be a complete FAFSA with signatures by the due date?

If you file it online, it should show that you filed it...and that it is pending your signature page. The easiest hing to do, for me, was to get a FAFSA signature code from the Government so that you don't have to sign anything and mail it...you can just sign it electronically.
