Coffee is a product that you extract the oil from the bean during the brewing process. So, like ice tea you really shouldn't keep it longer than the day you make it. There is a high bacteria content in ice tea and coffee starts a break down of it's flavor in about 35 to 40 minutes. That why you hear the term camp fire coffee, because it gets a burnt and acid taste as it breaks down. You could keep it in an air tight pump container and it will last longer but again you wouldn't want to keep it longer than you would need it that day. Hope this helps.
