It is for a special someone and he can't really grasp the concept of why I love him. So I figured I'd try to find a poem to that kind of says what I feel all in one.

here is something i wrote...
isnt it funny how you find that one person, and suddenly everything makes sence? and you start to wonder, how did i ever survive without him? you fall deeper and deeper in love with him each passing day... and you find yourself in such a love you just dont know how you'll ever make it without him... you dont know when it happened nor how it happened, all you know is that you cant be without him. he is your world. he is your everything. he is the one and only reason you wake up and take ****. just so you can talk to him. it may not be for long, or about and thing at all or he may just fall asleep... ( lol Michael... ) but just to know he is there and actually wants to listen to the crap you say... thats enough...
isnt is funny how three little words can change your whole world? he tells you he loves you. the only thing you can think of it OMG OMG OMG!! yay... but does he mean it? while you wage a war you know youll lose with yourself, he waits for your answer knowing very good and well you love him too...
isnt it funny that if you dont get to talk to him... your whole day just sucks... you mope around, your friends ask you whats wrong, you tell them and them deem you crazy and tell you to get over it. they just dont understand what he means to you...
isnt it funny how much your in love yet... youve not even really seen him. youve given him your heart, your love, your trust, your everything. it scared you at first, you had this crazy vulnerable feeling that you havent felt in so long... a old wound re-opened. but now your happy, and you feel as if youve spent a life time with him. you start to miss his smile, the way his hair falls around his perfect face, you long for his touch, for his kiss, for his voice to tell you he loves you one... more... time... youthink your crazy , that your falling in love to fast, you cant help it, he has you wrapped around his finger. and he doesn't even know it....
isnt it funny how just the sound of his name makes you smile? or how you can randomly think of something he told you the night before and you crack up in the middle of dead silence. ( teachers dont like that all that much... ) or how you blush every time he tells you that you beautiful. he'll ask you... do you REALLY mean what you say? and you just want to take his pretty little head off because you know he knows... he just wants to hear you say it.

Well, no need to lie here. That is very good poem. I enjoyed the rhyme, rhythm, and subject matter very much. You obviously have an understanding of what love really is. Love is just as painful as it is wonderful. Bravo...I look forward to reading some more. BTW, your Y!A Bio' rocks. I laughed so hard, I cried. I definitely look forward to reading more.

welll...the key to a good poem about love is to be sincere. make sure that what your saying is the pure truth, and your not faking it. then write whatever comes to mind. everyone has a certain style, but all of them contain basically the same information. tell him that you love his laugh, love the way he kisses you... you get the picture...idk... deviantart.com has a lot of poems that you might find interesting....
