Some scholars believe that Adam and Eve could have had as many as 85 children in a 300+ years.
If she lived almost as long as Adam, there could have been several thousand people on earth.
Given the fact that it was late in Adams life time that polygamy came into existence, this could indicate that there may have been a growing number of more women on earth than men because the times they lived in were filled with extreme violence.
Much like we have today.
But if each woman had a baby every 3 years for 200+ years of child bearing, and half of these were women, so I am going to guess and say over 10,000 women at the time of Eve's death.

No one can be sure how many ladies were alive at the time of Eve's death, but there must have been enough at the time to repopulate at a small rate. I'm guessing maybe 5-10, but that is just a guess. No one knows for sure but God and them.

Eve's death is not recorded in the Bible, just Adam's.

Genesis 5:3
And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:
4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:
5 And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.

MANY generations, MANY women.

If the Bible is being used to get an answer, I would say zero. I say this because Adam and Eve had two sons. God would have to create another female, which is probably what happened according to the Bible
