I used to have really bad eczema on my arms, especially in the summer months, and then I used Elidel (eczema creme). I literally only spread it on the eczema ONCE and I've never seen any eczema again on my arms for the past year. Of course that's wonderful...BUT...i'm starting to think that's a little weird. Is there some kind of strange component or ingredient in that creme that was able to completely clear the eczema?!?!??? Should i be worried about that? and also, is it true that Elidel gives cancer?

I am also an eczema sufferer but would rather not use Elidel. You do so at the risk of developing skin and breast cancer. Read about the latest news on elidel http://www.lawyersandsettlements.com/case/elidel

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide. Best Eczema Treatment?

I use Elidel for my eczema. It has never gotten totally rid of it, but I usually only have to use it once and the eczema is gone for several days. Though I have noticed that it takes about 24 hours for the breakout to be gone.

It may be that whatever was causing it is no longer affecting you.

I wouldn't worry about it, just be glad it's gone.
